1:1 Reformer Classes

60 minutes, mindful, strength-building Pilates designed to help you feel aligned, supported, and confident in your body — no matter where you’re starting from.

  • Reformer Pilates sessions are rooted in classical technique with a modern, artful approach. Mat and Cadillac techniques are incorporated using props to enhance strength, alignment, mobility, and body awareness.

  • Experience 1:1 guidance where every movement is intentional and attuned to your body. Our sessions will help you develop deeper body awareness that you can carry into group classes and everyday life.

First-time clients will start with a brief 5–10 minute intake to review health history, injuries, and movement goals.

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Grip socks are encouraged but not required, and water is provided to keep you hydrated. Most importantly, bring an open mind and curiosity to connect with your body.

  • Our private Pilates studio is in Long Island City, on the waterfront near Hunter’s Point Park. Enjoy city and river views while you move — full address provided upon booking for privacy and exclusivity.
